TM VANTAGE subscriptions

When you subscribe to TM VANTAGE we collect your email address, the wording you agreed to, the date and time of your request and confirmation, which page you subscribed from, whether you also asked for occasional editorial updates, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.

We use this information only to send the annual letter and, if you opted in separately, occasional editorial updates. The legal basis is your consent. We send a confirmation email first, and nothing further is sent unless you confirm. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days.

The TM VANTAGE list is separate from the TM Alpha mailing list. Subscribing to one does not subscribe you to the other.

Where your information is held

Subscriber records are held on this website’s hosting. If we send letters through an email service provider such as Mailchimp, your email address and preferences are shared with that provider for that purpose only, which may involve transfer outside the UK and EEA under the provider’s standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of the unsubscribe so you are not contacted again.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to contact@temimarcella.com. You have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
