Temi Marcella Olatunde

Temi Marcella began her career at Goldman Sachs International in London, developing experience across capital markets and institutional investing, before moving into private equity, where she invested in and helped build businesses across healthcare, infrastructure, financial services, industrials and technology.

She subsequently served as Regional Lead for the US$1 billion Evercare Health Fund, managed by TPG, where she led investments and platform development and contributed to the development and expansion of the broader healthcare platform across multiple international markets. She also served as Founding Executive Director and Board Member of a major portfolio healthcare institution, helping build and scale the institution from inception.

Her investment experience extends across private equity, growth equity, venture capital and emerging technology, giving her a perspective that spans the company lifecycle from early-stage innovation through institutional scale.

Today, Temi Marcella invests, builds and contributes to governance through Alcent Capital, TMP and a select number of institutional roles. Her work focuses on allocating capital, strengthening governance and building enterprises designed to endure.

She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a First Class Honours MA in Economics from Christ’s College, University of Cambridge. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
